Induction Heat Treating

For over 20 years, we’ve fabricated quality accessories for induction to meet our customer’s needs. In addition, our custom induction blankets, furnaces, and clam shells offer a safer alternative to open flame and the use of pegboard.

High Temp Induction Sleeves


  • Fabricated as insulated or uninsulated with coated or knitted fabrics
  • Made with heavy duty silicone rubber fabric
  • Max operating temp 1,000°F
  • Resistant to outside weather conditions, fluids, oils, and fuel
  • Easy to configure coil into blanket

Induction Heating Blankets and Pads

Our blankets, like our sleeves, are custom fabricated for each specific application and made to size.


  • Fabricated with or without tabs to accept induction coils
  • Velcro tabs sewn on to the blanket make it easy to reconfigure coils without the use of a peg board, making for safer conditions
  • Tabs also allow for use of different length coils
  • Fabricated with high temp, silica and fiberglass fabrics and insulation mats
  • Energy efficient and cost effective

Induction Insulation

Our silica needled mat is the best in the business for all things induction.

Our high temp silica needled mat is a noncarcinogenic, meaning the continuous filament yarns have a diameter of ≥ 6-9 microns. This unique feature makes our soft silica needled mat non-respirable and easy to fabricate. Since the material is soft, it allows for easy installation without gloves.

Our silica needled mat is a great replacement where ceramic fiber is used.

Induction Accessories
